In addition to being a speaker of the division "Material Cultures" (together with Dr. Marion Steinicke, Koblenz), which is part of the Kulturwissenschaftliche Gesellschaft (German Association of Cultural Studies), I am one of the editors of the Kulturwissenschaftliche Zeitschrift (published by de Gruyter/Sciendo and funded by the DFG/German Research Foundation), an open access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal devoted to publishing original research in the area of cultural studies.
