Titel: LITEQ - Language Integrated Types, Extensions and Queries for RDF Graphs

Abstract:

The exploration and integration of linked data into programming environments has to deal with two different data representation principles. While linked data sources use the very flexible, extensible RDF data model, they often provides incomplete data. Programming languages, compiler and IDEs rely on known type systems and explicit schema information in order to process their data. Accordingly, programming environments need access and extraction mechanisms to obtain structured information from external RDF data sources. In this talk, we present our integrated approach LITEQ and the Node Path Query Language (NPQL), a language to integrate, explore and query linked data via SPARQL endpoints within programming environments. We describe the syntax of the language, its usage and its semantics.
