I studied from 2009 till 2012 BioGeo-Analysis at the University of Trier and gained a bachelor degree there. During this study I accomplished an internship at the Mammal Research Institute in Białowieża, Poland with the topic “Trophic cascades in European temperate forests; indirect effects of large carnivores on ungulate-tree interactions”. Further I accomplished several internships in a planning office were I conducted fish and marten telemetry as well as habitat mapping.
Since 2012 I’m studying Ecotoxicology at the University of Koblenz-Landau. In summer 2013 I accomplished an internship at RifCon GmbH in the wildlife ecotoxicology department. Here I was involved in generic telemetry studies with European hare, European rabbit and Wood mouse. Currently I’m working on my Master thesis.

Research Interests

I’m mainly interested in terrestrial ecotoxicology especially on the impacts of agrochemicals on non-target-plants and wildlife. In my master I’m evaluating different herbicide sensitivity of several non-target wild plants species.
