New institute WeST

On October 30, 2009, the trustees of the Universität Koblenz-Landau have unanimously agreed to establish the new institute WeST - Web Science and Technologies - in the department of computer science. The focus on research and teaching about issues of the Web has thus been established by means of a University organization.
