Workinggroup Steigner
The team of Prof. Dr. Steigner looks at methods to improve the organization of computer networks and the internet. Computer networks are emulated in order to enhance their self-organization capacity on the basis of routing algorithms.
The team of Prof. Dr. Steigner has established tools to analyze the performance of distributed and parallel software. In addition, it has developed and standardized a communication protocol to exchange data between the components of a distributed billing and acounting systems.
