JProf. Dr. Thomas Kilian
Thomas Kilian studied Business Studies at the University of Lueneburg, specializing in Environmental Management and Information Systems. After his graduation, he cofounded an internet start-up and won a business plan contest in Hamburg. At the beginning of 2002, he was employed as a member of a research funding project (management consulting for energy economics) at the University of Hannover and at the end of 2004 he received his doctorate. His doctoral thesis was awarded with the research prize of the Energy Institute of the University of Linz (Austria). Before he joined the Institute of Management in 2006, he worked as management consultant, focusing on marketing and market research.
From 2003 to 2009 Kathrin Greuling studied business administration at the University of Augsburg and at the Universitá degli Studi di Trento (Italy) specializing in marketing and management . In her empirical diploma thesis she examined corporate social responsibility measures and their effects on a firms´ image. After her studies she worked in a bank in marketing and sales and gained experiences in online-marketing at a fair trade foundation in the Philippines. In July 2011 she joined the working group for media and service management at the institute of management. Her research interests are in the fields of media and service psychology and management of media related service innovations.
Daniela Bolanca studies Information Management since 2007. She joined the study group of Media and Service Management in October 2011.
Tom Bordemann studies Information Management since 2006. From 2009 to 2011 he worked at the study group of Marketing and Electronic Retailing. In October 2011 he joined the study group of Media and Service Management.

Lisa Mützel studiert Informationsmanagement seit dem Sommersemester 2009. Derzeitig schreibt sie an ihrer Bachelorarbeit zum Thema "Motive für Boykotts in Sozialen Netzwerken". Im Oktober 2011 trat sie als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft der Arbeitsgruppe für Medien- und Dienstleistungsmanagement bei.
