Prof. Dr. J. Felix Hampe

My specialisations within Information Systems Research lie in the areas of Corporate Communications Systems and the technical orientation of Information and Service Management. On the one hand, this encompasses subjects in the area of Applications of Data and Telecommunication Networks such as Convergence of Networks, Computer Telephony Integration and especially Call /Communication Centers with a focus on technical Customer Relationship Management (CRM). On the other hand, my research also focuses on the conversion of innovative technologies and applications to Electronic and Mobile Commerce. In parallel with these activities, I am also involved with specific research questions on the specialisation of Project Management.
