Roland Diehl

Roland Diehl is employed researcher in the “Business Software Research Group” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Petra Schubert at the University of Koblenz-Landau. He obtained a diploma in the field of Information Systems Research (Wirtschaftsinformatik) at the University of Siegen.

Roland’s research work and his experiences are on the design, the development, the introduction and the principles for the use of collaborative technologies in the context of Enterprise 2.0. Related to this topic, Roland has developed a workshop which is in place since 2012. Further information about the Enterprise 2.0 workshop can be found here.

He is responsible for the CRM research cooperation with the DOCHOUSE GmbH.

His teaching activities include the design and conduction of the following lectures:

• Exercise Computer Supported Collaborative Work (CSCW)
• Seminar in the area of Enterprise 2.0 and implementation methods
• Project groups in the area of Enterprise 2.0
