VoicE awarded Good Practice Label
The VoicE project has recently been awarded the ePractice.eu Good Practice Label by the European eGovernment Awards Consortium.
The ePractice.eu Good Practice label is given to the highest ranked cases in the European Commission’s good practice portal www.epractice.eu. The project will be published there in November 2009 and thus become a distinguished member of the European community of practice in eGovernment. A total of 259 projects has been submitted for review.
The project VoicE is designed as a citizen-driven trial project for the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg in Germany and for the Valencia region in Spain, assessing the feasibility of a regional and issue-specific approach towards eParticipation in the EU. In terms of contents, the project will focus on the policy field of consumer protection in the EU.
VoicE has been funded with support from the European Commission under the eParticipation Preparatory Action.
