Maurice Leung, studying at Swinburne University of Technology, Australia, attended Summer Academy Koblenz in 2008.

 

What have your experiences at Summer Academy Koblenz been like?

I just wanted to say thank you for all your assistance over the past three weeks, supporting me in my exchange study and helping me with all sorts of things (classes, buses, accommodation, Brussels, etc), as well running the Summer Academy for the others. I know this was a very stressful job!! Anyway, I have found this experience very rewarding. Even travelling to Europe was quite significant for me, and to study in a foreign university was a unique experience. Very worthwhile and I would definitely recommend it!

Summer Academy 2013: from June 24th to July 19th

The goal of the Summer Academy is to present current research topics of the Faculty of Computer Science in English.

As in the past, Professors from the University of Koblenz-Landau and guest lecturers will offer compact courses. This summer the following tracks will be offered:

Participants in the Summer Academy can get an impression of teaching and research in Koblenz, Germany, and take part in a regional, social and cultural program. It is also a great chance for those students of partner universities who speak no German or cannot spend a whole semester abroad, to take part in a academic exchange.
