Application Process and Dealines

 

Application for the Erasmus Exchange with Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, Ireland

Academic Year: September 2018 - December 2019/July2019

In order to apply for the Erasmus Exchange for this academic year, please submit the following:

 1. Cover letter addressed to Prof. Dr. Constanze Juchem-Grundmann stating:

- why you should be chosen for the exchange
- why you would like to study in Limerick
- which courses you would like to take there (see: http://www.mic.ul.ie/intlexchange/Pages/UndergradFullStudyOptions.aspx)

2. CV

- contact details (name, address, email, phone number)
- name of faculty member for reference

3. List of all the courses that you have already successfully completed (roster from KLIPS with grades) and will probably have completed before you leave in August/September

4. The official ERASMUS application (download from website of International Office)

5. Application Deadline: January 15, 2018

 

After Your Stay Abroad

We need to finalise the recognition of your courses for your degree and for the Erasmus+ funding. Please bring the following forms and fill in as much as you can where necessary:

- your learning agreement

- transcript

- exams or copies of the exams if you want to keep them

- cover sheets for the modules you need

- the ERASMUS certificate of recognition
