Promotionen

Die Universität Koblenz-Landau, Campus Koblenz erhebt auf der Rechtsgrundlage der Ziffer 1.3 der Landesverordnung über die Erhebung von Verwaltungsgebühren im Geschäftsbereich Wissenschaft, Weiterbildung und Forschung (Besonderes Gebührenverzeichnis) vom 09.03.2022 in der jeweils gültigen Fassung bei Promotionen eine Verwaltungsgebühr in Höhe von

€ 170,00

Diese Gebühr ist vor Eintritt in die Prüfung (d. h. vor Antragstellung auf Eröffnung der Disputation und vor der Einreichung der Dissertation) bei der Landeshochschulkasse einzuzahlen. Der Nachweis über die Einzahlung ist im Dekanat einzureichen.

Überweisungsauftrag:

Mit der Bibliothek in Koblenz wurde folgendes Vorgehen bei Veröffentlichung kumulativer Dissertationen abgesprochen:

1. Wenn die inhaltlichen Teile der Dissertation in Zeitschriften publiziert sind, ist die Bestätigung dessen nicht Sache der Bibliothek, sondern der Betreuerin/des Betreuers (Erklärung "Veröffentlichung in Zeitschriften" gegenüber Dekanat).
   Die Bibliothek bestätigt nur den Erhalt der 3 vollständigen Exemplare (auf einem Papier an Doktorand/in für Dekanat)
2. Die Arbeit muss auf OPUS trotzdem öffentlich zugänglich gemacht werden, wenn
• die veröffentlichten copyright-geschützten Zeitschriftenartikel entfernt wurden
• stattdessen eine Seite/ein Blatt eingesetzt wird, mit Angabe zum Titel, Autoren, Institutionen und bibliographischen Angaben des Artikels (mit DOI), aber keinem Link (wegen der darunterliegenden Bezahlschranke) und einem entsprechenden adaptierten Hinweis:
