Online Consumer Behavior

This module consists of lecture (2 SWS) and seminar (2 SWS)

Aims of the module

Students understand the characteristics of consumer and purchasing behavior on the Internet and can thereby design the marketing process of Internet companies. In particular, students can analyze consumer behavior in different contexts. Referring to the traditional marketing, students master the tools of online marketing and are able to distinguish those from the classical marketing mix instruments.
