Welcome to the Research Group Enterprise Information Management

The Enterprise Information Management Research Group (FGEIM) conducts research that examines the socio-technical change associated with the introduction and use of new technologies in organisational settings and the design of the digital workplace. Our work is interdisciplinary and draws knowledge and theories from areas including: information and computer science, computer-supported cooperative work, human-centred technology design and organisational studies.

EoT Lab - Tech student assistant (HiWi)

The Enterprise of Things Lab (EoT Lab) of the research group Enterprise Information Management (EIM) is looking for a student assistant (HiWi) who can support us in creating IoT demonstrators and prototypes, in managing our IT infrastructure and in providing technical support for external projects of the EoT Lab.

DFG project for studying the long-term impact of Enterprise Collaboration Systems

A DFG proposal submitted by Prof. Williams (FGEIM) and Prof. Schubert (FGBAS) was given a positive response. As part of the newly launched DFG project the long-term effects of Enterprise Collaboration systems in companies are studied.
