Welcome to the Research Group Enterprise Information Management

The Enterprise Information Management Research Group (FGEIM) conducts research that examines the socio-technical change associated with the introduction and use of new technologies in organisational settings and the design of the digital workplace. Our work is interdisciplinary and draws knowledge and theories from areas including: information and computer science, computer-supported cooperative work, human-centred technology design and organisational studies.

CEIR Researchers awarded DFG Research Grant Extension

The DFG has awarded a two-year extension of funding to Professor Dr. Susan Williams and Professor Dr Petra Schubert at the Center for Enterprise Information Research (CEIR) for their research project entitled “A sociotechnical framework for enterprise collaboration systems benefits realisation”.
