eGovWiki
How can a glossary be developed in a collaborative environment? The project eGovWiki was set up to develop and elaborate all articles of the glossary of the "E-Government Guide Germany" (Editor: Achim Zechner). A Wiki was chosen as collaboration platform. Even after the finalisation of the book, work on the glossary continued. Meanwhile, further articles were added to the wiki (which originated from the EU-funded projects eGovRTD2020 und R4eGov). Besides the glossary, the wiki holds a growing list of abbreviations.
The wiki is online available in German and in English. After registration, users are enabled to review articles or to extend the glossary with new articles.
