About me

Anja obtained her Diploma in Psychology at the Philipps-University of Marburg in July 2016. From October 2016, she has participated in a Postgraduate Training in Psychotherapy. She started her doctorate under supervision of Prof. Dr. Julia A. Glombiewski in January 2017 at the Philipps-University of Marburg. In April 2018 she relocated to University Koblenz-Landau, following her supervisor. Her research focusses on the impact of self-compassion in the context of acute and chronic pain. In her spare time Anja enjoys traveling, learning new languages, playing volleyball and practicing yoga.
