About me

Which treatment processes are critical for treatment success? What are effects of isolated psychological interventions? How can therapeutic behavior be optimized? These questions inspire my work as a researcher. Thereby, I hope to contribute to the improvement of psychological pain treatments by using different research designs (e.g. single-case experimental designs, laboratory experiments). In my clinical work, I am also mainly involved in the treatment of individuals suffering from chronic pain. Besides research and therapy, I enjoy teaching psychology students.
