Social psychology

Along with general psychology and personality psychology, social psychology is one of the most important basic disciplines in the bachelor's program (Bachelor of Science) in psychology. This subject encompasses theories and research findings on social motivation and information processing, on feelings and learning processes in a social context, on interaction and communication between persons, on the dynamics of behavior in and between groups, and on the situation of the individual in a social collective. In the master's program (Master of Science), social psychology provides the module "Cooperation and Conflict" (M.K.) and is also represented in the module "Political Psychology and Communication" (M.I.).
