Holiday Supervision

  • Land(L)aus children’s vacation supervision during the summer vacations

For the past five years Landau University has cooperated with other institutions of the City of Landau to offer all students and employees at Landau University a two-week period of child care during the summer vacations. School-age children aged 6 to 15 years are welcome at the summer camp which is part of the ‘Land(L)aus’ joint project. The participation fee is €70 per child and week (which includes meals, travel costs, etc.). If there is more than one child from the same family, the fee is just €50 per week for each child. The summer camp is usually held during the first weeks of the summer vacations. Children can join the camp for one or two weeks. Every year the summer camp offers children a fantastic program with lots of fun and variety. Applications can be made in person (Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.) or submitted by post to the university’s Office of Gender Affairs. The application deadline is announced in good time each year and can be found under the tab ‘Latest news’ on the website of the Landau Office of Gender Affairs. We always look forward to receiving many applications and to a great vacation program!
